The CINC Homeowner and Board App offers a comprehensive mobile platform for engaging with community associations. Users can efficiently manage their accounts, process payments, and access relevant community information through a single interface.

For existing users of the association website, logging into the app is straightforward. Simply use the same email address and password associated with your association account. New users can register by clicking the registration button and submitting the necessary information. After registration approval, an email will be sent with a link to create a password, granting access to the app.

If you forget your password, recovery is simple. Click the “Forgot Password” link, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email received to reset your password. Once reset, you can log in using your updated credentials.

Upon successful login, homeowners will benefit from several features:

• Homeowner Dashboard
• Access to association documents

• Payment of assessments
• Viewing violations with options to comment and upload pictures directly from mobile devices
